FG to provide 4m bags of fertiliser to farmers

The Presidential Fertiliser Initiative (PFI) is to deliver four million bags of 50kg Nitrogen, Phosphorous and Potassium (NPK) fertilisers to farmers at an affordable price, by December. Borno farmers hopeful of bumber harvest

Some farmers in Maiduguri have expressed optimism of recording bumper harvests in the 2017 cropping season.
